- Team Leadership with Offshore Delivery Coordination- Proven experience leading and managing a high‑performing local technology team, with considerable capability to coordinate delivery with offshore leads and their respective teams. Demonstrated ability to align priorities, plans, and execution across locations through effective communication, dependency management, and governance, while maintaining clear accountability for local team outcomes, platform stability, and client commitments.
- Technical Expertise in Scalable Reporting Platforms: Bring deep experience with Spring Boot and Angular micro-frontends and modern design patterns and technology stacks to architect, build, and optimize high‑volume enterprise-grade client reporting systems that generate hundreds of thousands of reports daily with good performance, scalability, and reliability.
