Your role

You’ll be helping customers have a pleasant renewable experience from completing DNO applications, telephone updates on their solar and heat pump installation, answering customer queries and ensuring our customers have the information they need. You must be confident on the telephone, have experience with Excel / Word and have amazing attention to detail, be super organised and go above and beyond to make the customer journey amazing. You will be a great team member whilst working autonomously in a time sensitive role. Obviously outstanding work is rewarded as we appreciate this is not a normal admin job. Everything we do affects our customers and we strive to ensure their experience is the best to give them a five star service.

This is a full time and permanent role where you will be working from the office & home so you can still enjoy lots of social interaction with your team.
