Helping Hands Cleaning – Glasgow

We’re looking for someone organised, proactive and reliable to support the day-to-day running of our cleaning business.

This is a hands-on role in a growing company, you’ll be involved in keeping things running smoothly, solving problems, and helping improve how we operate.

You’ll work closely with the owner and play a key role in reducing admin pressure and keeping everything on track.

What you’ll be responsible for

Invoicing and tracking payments (including cash reconciliation)
Managing emails, enquiries and social media messages
Managing our social media channels (Facebook & Instagram), responding to enquiries, keeping pages active, and supporting lead generation (not just posting content)
Stock control and ordering supplies
Managing staff holidays, absences and basic HR admin
Liaising with accountant (wages, payroll info, timesheets)
Booking meetings and organising schedules
Keeping systems up to date (we use Zenmaid)
Spotting inefficiencies and helping improve processes

What we’re looking for

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicating with customers and staff
Able to take initiative and not wait to be told what to do
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
Confident using systems and picking up new ones quickly
Commercially aware — understands that enquiries should lead to bookings, not just activity
Calm, reliable and able to keep things moving

Hours & Pay

Flexible (part-time or full-time depending on the right person)
£15–£17 per hour depending on experience

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
