Role Description

This is a part-time role for a Production Coordinator based in Perth, working 15- 20 hours per week, with some flexibility depending on the needs of the business. The Production Coordinator will support the day-to-day organisation of production across our garment collections, helping to ensure that orders are managed efficiently, timelines are kept on track, and the high standards of Highland Outfitters are maintained throughout. The role will involve coordinating production schedules, liaising with makers and suppliers, monitoring cloth and stock, supporting quality control, and helping to keep workflow organised across multiple projects, regualry liaising with clients and suppliers and tracking orders. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider team to support the smooth running of the business and assist in improving systems as the company continues to grow.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is highly structured, very organised, and confident managing multiple moving parts at once. Previous experience in the clothing or garment industry would be preferred, but is not essential.

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
