We’re growing our Catering & Hygiene Division in Inverness and looking for someone with passion, energy and real drive to join our Internal Sales team.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is not just an order-processing role.

You will:

Own and progress customer enquiries from first contact to conclusion
Develop leads and actively look for upselling opportunities
Build strong relationships with hospitality and catering customers
Advise confidently on catering equipment and hygiene solutions
Price orders, manage availability and coordinate with suppliers
Chase quotes and proactively follow up opportunities
Review overdue orders and resolve issues quickly
Support showroom activity when needed
Work closely with external sales colleagues to grow accounts
Maintain accurate pricing and system data
Help drive the performance of the division

You’ll be the person customers trust — the one who calls back, follows up, and gets things done.
