What do you bring

Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams within a fast-paced hospitality, retail, or QSR environment
A hands-on leadership style with the confidence to lead from the front and set the standard for others
Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to interpret performance data and drive sales, profitability, and productivity
Experience managing key business metrics, including labour, sales, food costs, and controllable expenses
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating loyal Flavour Cravers
The ability to coach, develop, and inspire individuals to reach their full potential
Experience building positive, inclusive, and engaged team cultures where people feel valued and supported
A proactive approach to problem solving and decision making in a fast-paced environment
High standards when it comes to food quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence
The ability to adapt quickly, prioritise effectively, and remain calm under pressure
Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills
Confidence managing recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning activities
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business
