Key Responsibilities  

Lead,coachand support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with the wider network to support Customer requirements and business activities.

Adjust the nature of services delivered according to developments in customer needs and expectations in line with our Jewson Values.

Build and develop great relationships with new and existing Customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible.

Build effective relationships with suppliers.

Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth.

Ensureaccuratestock levels aremaintained, carrying out regular stock counts.

Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority anddemonstratehow you can keep yourself and others safe at work.

Required Skills and Experience 

First and foremost, we always want to recruit great people that really understand our values and ways of working.

It is important you have canevidenceexperience in motivating and driving sales for this role.

You will already havestrong communicationand commercial awareness to be able to empower the team to provide great customer service.

Previousexperience in the building materials supply industry is essential.
