The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing patient appointments, and ensuring smooth administrative operations within the clinic. Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere
Manage appointment scheduling efficiently, including booking, rescheduling, and confirming patient visits
Answer phone calls promptly, providing clear information and directing enquiries appropriately
Maintain accurate patient records and update details as necessary
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing payments
Liaise with dental practitioners and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Ensure the reception area remains tidy and organised at all times
Assist with correspondence and other clerical duties as required

Requirements

Proven office or administrative experience, ideally within a healthcare setting
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Friendly, professional demeanour with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Proficient in using office software such as MS Office or similar programmes
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
Previous experience in a dental or medical practice is advantageous but not essential
