We are seeking a highly organised and proactive part-time Office/Workshop Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our workshop and office operations.

This is a hands-on, varied role acting as the central link between the office, workshop, and suppliers, ensuring projects are set up correctly, materials arrive on time, and communication flows clearly.

Key Responsibilities

Set up new projects and maintain accurate job files
Prepare workshop job packs, ensuring all drawings and information are complete before work begins
Check client purchase orders against agreed scope
Raise and manage supplier purchase orders
Track deliveries and ensure materials arrive in line with programme
Coordinate logistics, from local deliveries to larger shipments
Maintain clear and consistent communication with suppliers
Act as first point of contact for calls and general enquiries
Manage incoming deliveries and goods in and out
Maintain organised filing and company systems
Support the smooth and efficient running of the workshop office

About You

Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within a workshop, manufacturing, construction, or design environment
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with suppliers and workshop teams
Proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook

Desirable

Experience within bespoke furniture, interiors, or a similar industry
Familiarity with production or purchasing processes
