About the Role

As a Front Office Host, you’ll be the welcoming face of the Fife Arms, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. You’ll be part of a creative, high‑performing team that takes pride in exceptional service and genuine hospitality.

Your responsibilities include:

Delivering an outstanding guest journey from check‑in to check‑out
Communicating clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues
Bringing confidence, personality and warmth to every interaction
Creating a homely, welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel
Identifying sales opportunities and making personalised recommendations to enhance each guest’s stay

About You

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and eager to grow within a world‑class environment.

You will bring:

Experience in a similar role within a luxury or 5‑star setting
A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
Excellent communication, organisation, and emotional intelligence
The ability to remain calm and composed during busy moments
