The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on management role overseeing multiple projects from start to finish — ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
You’ll be responsible for coordinating materials, labour, and logistics, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring all sites operate efficiently and safely. As part of your role, you’ll also help grow the business by recruiting and developing new members of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee multiple roofing projects from planning to handover.
• Liaise with clients regarding timelines, progress updates, and completion.
• Coordinate skips, scaffolding, materials, and labour.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and complies with H&S requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections.
• Maintain clean, tidy, and safe worksites.
• Manage snagging and ensure projects are completed to full client satisfaction.
• Support with recruitment and onboarding of new team members as the business continues to expand.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong background in construction, ideally within the roofing industry.
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects or teams.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and highly dependable approach.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Full UK driving licence.
