Purchase Ledger Assistant

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be a fantastic team player and be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within an accounts department.

Key Job Requirements for Purchase Ledger Assistant:

Regular involvement in the bank payment process
Agreeing Intercompany balances and reconciliations
Maintaining Purchase Ledger
Processing Purchase Ledger invoices
Processing daily bank payments and bank reconciliations
Processing staff expenses
Preparing payment runs
Supplier statement reconciliations

Skills you will require for the Purchase Ledger Assistant role:

Highly motivated
Attention to detail and accuracy
Very competent IT skills including excel and word
Highly organised with ability to time manage

Your Required Experience as Purchase Ledger Assistant:

Experience of working within a similar role is essential.
HNC/HND in Accounting would be beneficial.
