An opportunity has arisen within the Oral Health Service for a Dental Decontamination Supervisor. This post holder will be responsible for supervising the day to day running of the local dental decontamination units and is required to work flexibly across sites.

This post is a part-time permanent position of 14.8 hours (14 hours 48 mins) a week. Working days are Monday and Tuesday.

Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part-time hours will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. There will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains unaffected. Once implemented this posts hours will be 14.4 hours (14 hours 24 mins) a week. Working days will be Monday 08:00-16:00, Tuesday 08:00 – 15:24.

Please note: As this post is part-time, the salary will be pro-rata.
