Band 4 (pro rata) plus a High Secure Environmental Allowance of £1,750.47 per annum (pro rata)

Post Details –
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our Corporate Planning, Performance and Quality Department. This role is central to supporting the delivery of strategic goals through effective planning, performance monitoring, and quality assurance.
The successful candidate will manage the policy review process, support corporate planning activities, and contribute to performance reporting and quality improvement initiatives across the organisation.
Experience –
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in analytical and administrative roles within a fast-paced and demanding environment, supported by an HNC in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification. They will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and possess strong organisational and time management skills with excellent team working and communications skills. This role requires experience in collating, validating, analysing, and presenting data, alongside well-developed minute-taking and document editing capabilities. The post holder must be able to produce high-quality work under pressure, work independently using their own initiative, and communicate effectively both within a team and across departments.
