Admin Assistant

We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team to provide general support. We would expect the successful candidate to assist across various areas of work including reception and accounts and with the opportunity for some property work. Good communication skills are essential, as are a flexible approach, a strong attention to detail and a professional, helpful manner when dealing with clients. There is a good opportunity for career progression within our offices.

You will be required to:

· Maintain files and records

· Answer phones and take messages

· Answer client queries and keep them up-to-date.

· Scheduling appointments and managing calendars Coordination of meeting rooms and client meeting requirements

· Provide support to our leasing and property teams. This is likely to include conducting property viewings, dealing with potential tenants and liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants to ensure properties remain maintenance free and legally compliant.

· Photocopying, filing, scanning

· Answer and direct telephone calls

· Understand the confidential nature of client cases

· Use in-house computerised case management system

· Have a clean driving licence
