Applications are invited for Healthcare Scientist Consultant (8C) to join the current team at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for a fixed term maternity leave cover (11 months).
The Clinical Biochemistry Department provides comprehensive core, immunoassay, point of care, specialist protein, metabolic and toxicology services to the North-East of Scotland, including specialist Biochemistry services to the Orkney and Shetland Islands involving a total catchment population of over 600,000. The Department is accredited by the UK Accreditation Service (UKAS ISO 15189).
The appointee is required to be a team player, an enthusiastic trainer, to meet the person specification and fulfil the duties described in the job description.
