An exciting position has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual within the ENT Department, based at Raigmore Hospital. You will deliver a quality secretarial service and should have proven experience as a Secretary, the ability to work accurately under pressure, have attention to detail and work co-operatively within a team.
You will provide comprehensive secretary support to the Consultants and their clinical team working in the ENT Department and across the division as required by service needs. Medical terminology and a high degree of typing speed and accuracy are required together with excellent organisational skills and flexibility in approach to work.
This is a full-time, permanent post of 36 hours per week, to be worked in accordance with service requirements. The core hours of the service are Monday to Friday (9am-5pm). This post is offered as Hybrid working, but with the majority of the hours worked at Raigmore Hospital, due to services requirements.
