Job Title: Senior Digital Developer

Salary: Circa £ 55,000
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop fast, responsive data rich UI components within our IoT platform Thingworx, Oracle APEX, Microsoft Power Apps and Siemens Mendix platform
- Establish coding standards and architectural patterns
- Build efficient integrations with REST into our enterprise applications
- Work closely with backend developers and product teams to turn requirements and UX/UI designs into polished digital experiences
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussion and sprint planning
- Coach and support associate and junior developers to progress their tasks and help them grow within their own roles.
- Champion best practices, continuous improvement, coding standards and provide technical steer to other IT functions
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Strong experience in PL/SQL
- Good experience in Javascript (E6+), jQuery, React, Typescript
- Strong experience in web technologies. HTML, CSS
- Strong experience in web services. SOAP-based and RESTful
- Strong Object Orientated Analysis and Design experience
Desirable
- Experience with Thingworx, Mendix, Oracle APEX or PowerApps
- Understanding of software design patterns
- BEng/MEng or Computer Science degree
