SCOTTISH TRAUMA AUDIT GROUP (STAG) LOCAL AUDIT COORDINATOR - BAND 6
(Ideally 0.7 WTE but open to considering part time hours)
East of Scotland Major Trauma Network is seeking an experienced, capable and competent UK NMC Registered Nurse or AHP relevant experience to work as a coordinator as part of the STAG local audit team.
The main focus of the role is to provide a comprehensive clinical audit data management service ensuring the collection, maintenance and submission of high quality clinical data for audit purposes.
The post holder will be expected to collect and enter data relating to approximately 500-600 patients for the Scottish Trauma Audit Group (STAG) following agreed national guidelines and protocols.
Undertake collection of information, as an independent and autonomous practitioner on two sites.
- To comply with Health and Safety requirements.
- Responsible for day to day organisation of audit duties, planning, monitoring and evaluating service delivery making recommendations to manager and/or Regional Coordinator for audit.
- Facilitate and review the implementation of specific changes to practice and contribute to service protocols.

Hours of work are: 24.12 hours but part time may be considered
