About the role:
This is a pivotal role at a time of significant evolution for Sword and transformation change for our customers. As the organisation continues to strengthen and scale its Data, Analytics, AI and Automation capabilities, you will play a critical role in shaping, directing, and delivering large‑scale change and adoption and the front-line of our customer's workforce.

The role involves a mix of strategic planning, communication, training, and hands-on support to ensure that new systems and processes are effectively adopted within an organization.
An Adoption Consultant is responsible for several key activities:
- Business Discovery: Conducting readiness assessments, gathering working practices and requirements, and planning the transformation journey
- Executive Engagement: Engaging with executives to ensure alignment and support for the adoption initiatives
- Change Management: Creating change and adoption collateral, developing and delivering communication plans and campaigns, and providing knowledge transfer to change agents
- Training and Support: Delivering training content, organizing events, and supporting the adoption of new ways of working
- Collaboration: Working closely with business personnel to ensure successful adoption and achieving business value success measures.
Here are the key skills and experience relevant to this role:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and capabilities
- Excellent knowledge of Generative and Agentic AI such as Copilot
- Training experience on Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite of tools. PROSCI ADKAR Certification or experience
- Classroom Training and Webinar Training design and delivery experience
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
- User Experience Design experience preferable
