£55K BASIC + BONUS | UK FIELD SALES | CAPITAL EQUIPMENT | MANUFACTURING

We’re working with a well-established engineering and manufacturing business looking to appoint a Regional Sales Executive to drive growth across the North of the UK.

This is a field-based, solution-led sales role focused on industrial print technology, production equipment and capital machinery sold into manufacturing and production environments.

The Opportunity

This role combines:

New business development
Account management
Consultative technical sales
Territory growth

You’ll be working directly with manufacturers, production facilities and industrial customers, helping them improve efficiency, reliability and operational performance through tailored equipment solutions.

The business already has an established customer base and strong reputation within the sector, giving you a solid platform to build from.

What You’ll Be Doing

Developing new business opportunities across your territory
Managing and growing existing customer accounts
Conducting customer meetings, demonstrations and site visits
Selling technical equipment and production solutions
Building relationships with operational, engineering and procurement stakeholders
Managing projects through the full sales cycle
Working closely with internal technical and support teams
Maintaining accurate CRM and pipeline management
Representing the business at industry exhibitions and events

You’ll likely already be working as a:

Regional Sales Executive
Area Sales Manager
Business Development Manager
Technical Sales Executive
Capital Equipment Sales Specialist

You’ll Need:

Proven field sales experience
Experience selling technical or capital equipment
Strong commercial and relationship-building skills
A proactive approach to developing business
The ability to manage a territory independently
Confidence dealing with technical and operational stakeholders

Package

£45,000–£55,000 basic salary
Uncapped bonus structure
Realistic £20k+ OTE
Company car or allowance
