Are you a compassionate, experienced nurse leader ready to make a meaningful impact in mental health care across Moray?

We are seeking a Senior Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our dynamic and forward-thinking mental health team within Moray/NHS Grampian. This Band 8a role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape advanced nursing practice in a community and inpatient mental health setting.

About the Role

As a Senior ANP, you will:

Provide expert clinical care using advanced assessment, diagnostic and decision-making skills.
Lead on service development and quality improvement initiatives.
Support and supervise nursing staff, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including primary care, social work, and third sector partners.
Contribute to strategic planning and workforce development across mental health services in Moray.

What We’re Looking For

Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
MSc in Advanced Practice or equivalent qualification.
Independent Prescriber (V300).
Significant experience in mental health nursing, ideally in both community and inpatient settings.
Proven leadership and service development experience.
Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement.
