We’re looking for a Retail Assistant to work at RM Condor. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face of our retail unit, making sure customers have a great experience every time they visit.

What you’ll do:
- Serve customers and process payments accurately, including coffee and lottery service
- Up selling
- Keep shelves stocked and displays looking great
- Receive deliveries and manage stock levels
- Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy workspace
- Follow food hygiene and health & safety standards
- Support with opening and closing the retail unit.
What we’re looking for:
- You’ve lived in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work here years and have the legal right to work here
- Able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
- Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful, but not essential – we’ll provide full training
- Comfortable working as part of a team and occasionally on your own
