Facilities Department – Hay lodge Hospital
Community Facilities Worker
Band 2
22.5 hours per week
Monday to Sunday
We currently require Community Facilities Workers to join an excellent team of staff at Hay lodge Hospital.
The successful candidate to will be required to work Monday to Sunday on a rolling shift pattern rota to provide a cleaning service, kitchen duties and portering if required.
Applicants will be required to demonstrate a high level of competence in domestic activities, flexibility and knowledge of the NHS Borders Behavioural Framework.

For specific types of post, if you do not have the necessary eligibility to work in the UK, it might be possible (though not guaranteed) to secure sponsorship via a UK Skilled Worker/Health & Care Worker Visa. However, this is only possible if the employer is a licenced Sponsor, and if the post does not fall below the current minimum salary threshold or ‘going rate’.
