Ideal Candidate

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Confident speaking with customers in person, over the phone and by email
Full UK driving licence preferred
Basic computer and office software knowledge
Previous experience within customer service, home improvements or sales environments would be beneficial but not essential

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and website
Speak with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products and services
Assist customers using brochures, product samples and showroom displays
Encourage and organise showroom visits
Prepare quotations and assist with customer follow-ups
Maintain regular communication with customers throughout their project
Update and manage customer information within the company CRM system
Work closely with office, manufacturing and installation teams to ensure smooth project coordination
Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
Assist with general office administration and customer support duties
Build positive long-term relationships with customers and represent the company professionally
