We are looking for the right candidate to join our growing sales and customer service team at Gates Scotland.

Ideal Candidate
- Friendly, approachable and professional

- Confident speaking with customers in person, over the phone and by email
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Basic computer and office software knowledge
- Previous experience within customer service, home improvements or sales environments would be beneficial but not essential
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and website
- Speak with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products and services
- Assist customers using brochures, product samples and showroom displays
- Encourage and organise showroom visits
- Prepare quotations and assist with customer follow-ups
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout their project
- Update and manage customer information within the company CRM system
- Work closely with office, manufacturing and installation teams to ensure smooth project coordination
- Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
- Assist with general office administration and customer support duties
- Build positive long-term relationships with customers and represent the company professionally
