We’re looking for a dependable and organised individual to join our team. This is a varied role combining office administration, warehouse support, and warranty processing. You’ll be part of a busy trade‑focused environment where accuracy, teamwork, and customer service matter.

Key Responsibilities

Handling day‑to‑day office administration including answering calls, emails, and customer payments.
Ordering stock from our suppliers.
Updating internal systems.
Processing warranty claims, liaising with suppliers.
Assisting in the warehouse with picking, packing, stock checks, and goods‑in.
Maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider Highland Motor Parts team as required.

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Confident IT user with the ability to learn systems.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
Previous admin or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to get involved across departments.

What We Offer

Monday–Friday 8:30am to 17:30pm
