The Role

We are looking for an Accounts & Admin Assistant to join our team. This role would suit someone who is organised, reliable and has good attention to detail. The successful candidate will support the firm with data entry, admin, client communication and general accounting-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Data entry and processing of financial information
Supporting the preparation of VAT returns
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
Communicating with clients by phone and email to request information
Assisting the team with general administrative and accounting tasks

Requirements

Strong attention to detail
Good organisational skills
Ability to work accurately and efficiently
Confident and professional communication skills
Previous data entry experience is desirable
VAT knowledge or experience would be preferable
Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting software would be advantageous.
