Your new role

An exciting opportunity for an IT Support Technician I to join our IT team.
You’ll be responsible for monitoring incoming requests in the Service Desk system and follow clear guidelines to ensure issues are handled on time.
Assisting with investigating common technical issues, recording what you find and working with experienced colleagues to identify practical solutions.
Working closely with the wider IT Support team to help ensure all IT services run smoothly each date.
Contributing to technical projects, helping prepare training materials and supporting the development of new procedures.
Following all relevant compliance guidelines as part of your day-to-day work.
Helping coordinate approved vendors for equipment orders and site requirements.
Carry out additional tasks as needed to support the IT Operations Manager and the wider team.

Qualifications

Candidates are required to have National 5 (or equivalent) in English & Maths. An IT subject at National 5 (or equivalent) would be beneficial. No degree is required – just a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
