This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the development of the Stroke/Neuro Pathway within Tayside. The Stroke/Neuro Rehabilitation Unit (ward 5) is a 16 bedded unit based at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Dundee. We are looking for forward thinking individuals who will deliver holistic and patient centred care. All applicants should possess excellent communication and people skills along with evidence of continued professional development.
The aim of the service is to provide evidence based best practice and person-centred care in collaboration with patients and their family to maximise rehabilitation following Stroke , other acquired brain injury or major trauma in an inpatient setting. As well as facilitating high quality rehabilitation, the interdisciplinary team works in partnership with all agencies providing care and support for this group of people.
We are looking for a charge nurse to support the senior charge nurse and the team
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the UK NMC Register
