Sales Executive

£21,600 Basic, £55k+ OTE – Uncapped Commission, Company Car, plus 5-Day Average Working Week!

Pentland Edinburgh West are on the hunt for a driven, confident, and ambitious Sales Executive to join our high-energy team!

As part of a well settled team, this opportunity does not come up very often to join the highest volume Land Rover Retailer in Scotland.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and have the motivation to succeed, this role puts you in the driving seat of your career.

What You’ll Be Doing as Sales Executive:

Selling success – Achieve targets for new and used vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessories.
Maximising Finance & Insurance (F&I) opportunities – Present tailored finance solutions, protection plans, and value-added products to enhance the customer experience.
Building connections – Engage with customers, understand their needs, and create lasting relationships.
Following up leads – Proactively contact potential customers to maximise opportunities.
Sealing the deal – Confidently handle objections and negotiate sales transactions.
Delivering excellence – Ensure outstanding customer service every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in car sales or a similar customer-focused sales role.
A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Confidence, motivation, and a hunger to succeed.
Ability to work as part of a talented, driven team.
