Applications are welcome for the above fixed term, full (40 hours per week) post based in Royal Hospital for Children and Young People.
This is a Clinical Fellow in Spinal Surgery post available from 1st January 2027 for a fixed term period of 12 months.
The post will provide training and experience in paediatric and young adult deformity spinal surgery at an appropriate level for the trainee. Applicants are expected to have completed Orthopaedic or Neurosurgical training experience at ST level or equivalent and have previous exposure to paediatric spinal surgery.
The posts will be based in Edinburgh at the Royal Hospital for Children and Young People (RHCYP) which is the main paediatric teaching hospital for the South-East of Scotland.
The post does not have educational approval from the Postgraduate Dean and will not be recognised for training.
