The Role
To provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service. Where appropriate, supervise clerical staff and provide support to line manager.

What we'll need you to bring
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in an Administrative and Clerical role.
- Educated to Higher Grade level.
- Ability to supervise staff.
- Well developed interpersonal skills in customer care.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- Understanding of a range of procedures and processes.
- Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure.
- Proficient I.T. skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times.
Please note for all vacancies where a driving licence is required this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.
It would be great if you also have
- Extensive experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in all MS Packages including the use of MS Teams and clerical role
- Experience of working in an NHS setting in a busy office environment.
- Minute Taking experience and diary management experience
- Ability to work autonomously

Location and Working Pattern
This role will be based in the Vaccination Programme within NHS Lanarkshire.
