Are you passionate about improving patient experience and driving service excellence? NHS Fife is offering an exciting secondment opportunity for a motivated individual to join the Patient Experience Team as Team Lead.
Reporting to the Head of Patient Experience, you will support the delivery of person-centred care by leading on complaints handling, and patient feedback. This role offers the chance to influence service improvement across NHS Fife through collaboration with clinical teams, senior managers, and stakeholders.
You’ll bring experience in complaints handling, patient feedback, and improvement methodology, along with strong leadership and communication skills. The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver under pressure is essential.
This secondment is ideal for a senior manager looking to broaden their experience in patient experience and complaints within a supportive and dynamic team.

37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
A requirement of this post is to become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme Prior to appointment.
