Your new role
- An exciting opportunity for an IT Support Technician I to join our IT team.
- You’ll be responsible for monitoring incoming requests in the Service Desk system and follow clear guidelines to ensure issues are handled on time.
- Assisting with investigating common technical issues, recording what you find and working with experienced colleagues to identify practical solutions.
- Working closely with the wider IT Support team to help ensure all IT services run smoothly each date.
- Contributing to technical projects, helping prepare training materials and supporting the development of new procedures.
- Following all relevant compliance guidelines as part of your day-to-day work.
- Helping coordinate approved vendors for equipment orders and site requirements.
- Carry out additional tasks as needed to support the IT Operations Manager and the wider team.

Qualifications
Candidates are required to have National 5 (or equivalent) in English & Maths. An IT subject at National 5 (or equivalent) would be beneficial. No degree is required – just a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
