We're seeking someone to join our team as a Technical Product Manager in Technology Risk to be the product owner for the Policy as Code platform.
In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Lead Technical Product Manager position at Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure operational continuity and resilience in the face of potential threats or disruptions that could impact the organization, plus management of ongoing incidents.

What you'll do in the role:
- Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions.
- Stand up mechanisms for stakeholder engagement, review, and approval of the codification of policy as code.
- Manage the intake process, gathering and prioritizing requirements for codifying policy as code in collaboration with stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Develop and manage the roadmap in alignment with department strategies and priorities.
- Lead through influence a cross-functional team of engineering, architecture, and QA testing to ensure successful development and delivery.
- Clearly communicate product plans, progress, risks, dependencies, and results to stakeholders at all levels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of policy as code and user satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
- Champion best practices and technical excellence to deliver exceptional quality.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Senior experience in either technical product management or engineering, with a proven track record of successful delivery.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing junior staff.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development methodologies and technologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
- Experience working with agile development processes.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity / information security controls, governance, risk, and compliance.
- At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
