We’relooking for an experienced StrategicPeopleProject Consultant to join our People & Organisation function, supporting the delivery ofhigh impactpeople projects across the business.
You’llbe trusted to independently support senior leaders and key stakeholders,demonstratingagility in managing shifting priorities and applying tailored solutions to complex and often sensitive people challenges. Alongside project delivery,you’lllead on complex andhigh-riskcasework, advising on employment law risk, managing keystakeholdersand helping to minimise legal,financialand reputational exposure for the business.
A core part of the role is using insight and data to drive improvement.You’llanalyse case management trends toidentifyemerging risks,opportunitiesand capability gaps, using these insights to shape proactive interventions, strengthen manager confidence and improve the overall employee experience.
You’llalso contribute to the development and delivery of targeted training for managers and senior leaders, ensuring they are equipped to manage people issues confidently,consistentlyand compliantly.
You’llact as a point of escalation and coaching support for Case Consultants and Case Advisors, reviewing complex cases and formal documentation,maintainingstandardsand promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the People Relations & Case Management function. The role also provides delegated cover for the Head of People Relations and Case Management whenrequired, ensuring continuity of service and leadership support.
This role would suit a senior HR or People Relations professional with deep, current knowledge of UK Employment Law, including TUPE, redundancy,discriminationand case law developments.
You’llbring strong consultancy skills, the ability to influence at senior and executive level, and the confidence to challenge thinking while proposing pragmatic, legally sound people solutions. Experience of delivering strategic people projects,operatingin complexenvironmentsand balancing reactive casework with proactive project delivery is essential.
