Outpatient Clinic Coordinator

An opportunity has arisen to join the Outpatient Department at Aberdeen Maternity Hospital and within time, this position will be based at the BAIRD Family hospital.

We have a part time Band 4 Coordinator post as follows:

Monday - Thursday 0830-1630 and Friday 0830-1308 (hours may be open to negotiation upon successful appointment)

32.64 hours per working week

The successful applicant will be able to work on their own initiative as well as a team player, be self-motivated and able to prioritise conflicting demands. The post holder would have to be in regular contact with staff across service. The post holder will be supervisor for admin staff within the team.

They must have the ability to deal with patients and colleagues in a confident, caring, and empathetic manner both over the phone and in person.

They should be well organised and methodical with excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills to cope with the demands of the service.
