At John Clark Motor Group, our Parts Apprenticeship is designed to train and develop the next generation of skilled Parts Advisors. You’ll earn while you learn, gain a nationally recognised qualification, and work alongside some of the biggest and best brands in the automotive industry.

What Does a Parts Advisor Do?

As an Apprentice Parts Advisor, you’ll be right at the heart of the action — connecting service teams, sales departments, and customers. Every day is different! You’ll get involved with:

Receiving, moving, and organising parts and specialist workshop tools
Managing orders, processing payments, and handling returns
Keeping track of stock and deliveries
Creating stunning displays to promote parts and accessories
Delivering an outstanding customer experience, every single time!

You'll become an expert in understanding the vital role of vehicle parts and how they keep our customers' cars on the road.

Minimum National 4 qualifications in Maths, English, and another subject (National 5 preferred)
A friendly, enthusiastic attitude and a strong team spirit
