About the Role:
Mental Health, Justice Health and Alcohol & Drug Services (MHJHADS) is seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join Adult Inpatient Mental Health Services. MHJHADS delivers a broad range of services across prevention, treatment, recovery and harm minimisation, working in partnership with consumers, carers and community organisations to achieve the best outcomes. Services are provided across hospital, community and custodial settings.
In this senior role based at North Canberra Hospital, you will lead the Acacia Mental Health Unit, oversee patient flow, and manage the Mental Health Consultation Liaison team while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment. You will provide clinical and operational leadership, ensuring the effective management of staff and resources to deliver high-quality, efficient and person-centred care. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact and lead a dedicated multidisciplinary team in a dynamic mental health service.
