About H beauty Leadership at Harrods

Leadership at H beauty is unique. Our Assistant Managers lead with presence, set the pace on the shop floor and inspire teams through coaching, clarity and a deep understanding of elevated customer service.

They anticipate opportunities, uphold exceptional standards and drive commercial success while building strong partnerships with internal teams. Above all, they create environments where colleagues and customers feel valued, confident and inspired.

Our Assistant Managers:

Lead with presence and set the tone for service, pace and professionalism
Coach teams to deliver elevated customer journeys and everyday performance
Use data and insight to understand their business and act decisively
Champion operational excellence across visual presentation, stock flow and the Brilliant Basics
Collaborate effectively with Sales Managers and wider business functions to support initiatives that shape the future of H beauty
