As a Social Care Assistant, within the Day Centre, your main duties include –
To provide direct personal care to service users, including assistance with emotional, recreational and social needs.
To provide emotional support and companionship within a safe environment. To organise activities and outings and support with engagement where required.
To support the safe arrival and departure of service users, supporting to and from the day centre.
