Salary: Up to £64,000 depending on skills and experience + bonus scheme

Role description:
This role is responsible for running the Project Management Office for a range of low – medium projects with varying complexity, as well as leading a number of these projects. You may also support a Project Manager, Head of Project, or Project Director in the delivery of larger, more complex projects.
The successful candidate will contribute to P3 integration activities, helping to ensure project management processes are aligned, coordinated, and effective. This includes analysing project performance and providing insights that support informed decision-making and delivery outcomes.
Core duties:
Accountable for the budget, performance and results of the team
Apply project management expertise to adapt plans, priorities, and resources to ensure successful delivery
Leading project governance and lifecycle reviews, ensuring compliance, effective tailoring, continuous improvement, and informed decision making throughout delivery
Leading, coaching, and develop team members, fostering high performance, growth, and collaboration
Essential skills:
Experienced professional with extensive knowledge of Project Management (tools, techniques, practices)
Strong communication and influencing skills, with commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement experience
Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage high-performing teams
Professional PM Qualification (APM or PMI as examples) or years of practical experience gained through application of Project Management
