Static Part-time Permanent post - 0.49 WTE (17.76 hours)
We are looking to recruit a motivated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our MSK Upper limb out-patient service. The upper limb team provides treatment to a wide range of trauma and elective upper limb conditions from predominantly Orthopaedics and Plastics specialties, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to a diverse population.
The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of effective physiotherapy interventions, supporting individuals to achieve their optimum level of function and independence. This includes skills in the assessment and treatment of complex upper limb conditions, ability to provide appropriate splints, in context of scheduled and unscheduled care, and optimal rehabilitation.
You should demonstrate the ability to work with other health care professionals, to support education within the out-patient team and related services, and a commitment to delivering inclusive, equitable care that respects individual needs and preferences.
This post will not require working at weekends.
Therapy Services support staff development through appraisal process, clinical supervision and access to CPD opportunities.
