This Senior Manager role sits within our Business Savings Products team as part of Business Banking. Our team are the business owners for Business Savings, with responsibility for the products and propositions we offer our customers.

The role will focus on commercial management of the savings books across both brands, with responsibility for growth, balances, income, cost management and profitability. Activities include trading, pricing management, balance forecasting and planning over the short, medium and long term. You will also have a lead role to play in setting the product strategy as part of the overall Business Banking proposition.

For this role, you'll be based at your nearest regional office or hub. We value time spent together to connect with colleagues for collaboration so there will be a regular requirement to attend our London, Northampton or Glasgow site approximately once or twice per week. If you are based at an office location, you'll be expected to meet our hybrid working requirement of at least two days a week, or 40% of your working time if part-time, in the office. If you’re based at our Glasgow office, this will apply from 1 April 2027 and ahead of that there will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events.
