An exciting opportunity has arisen for a pharmacist to join the team within the Department of Clinical Neurosciences (DCN), this is a regional centre providing specialist neuro-medical and neuro-surgical care to patients throughout Scotland. This post will help deliver and develop the clinical pharmacy service to the inpatient wards, day case and outpatient services alongside the Lead Clinical Pharmacist for Neurosciences.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic pharmacist to join the pharmacy team delivering the highest quality pharmacy services across these areas. The post holder will contribute to the development and delivery of the clinical pharmacy service in the face of emerging challenges around site capacity and patient flow. The post holder will be a key member of the multidisciplinary teams; where pharmacists have an established non-medical prescribing role.

As from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
