We are recruiting for a FOH Assistant.

Chateau-X is an artisan steak restaurant, specializing in luxurious Chateaubriand steaks. With a strong focus on local produce and authentic flavours, Chateau will be a destination for quality-seeking customers who like to eat simple, delicious and guilt-free food.

Chateau-x is all about celebrating local products – where they come from and how to make the most out of their natural taste and freshness. Our dishes will be delicious in their simplicity - think succulent Chateaubriand steak with locally grown roasted potatoes, Scottish creme fraiche and cauliflower cheese.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for an enthusiastic Server/Waitress/Waiter to join the team.

This role would be perfect for candidates who are hungry for a new challenge and are eager to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate would hold the following qualities:

Be enthusiastic and have a good work etnic and have a flexible approach to working hours

Assisting the head waiter/waitress in providing excellent customer service.

Assisting the kitchen team by delivering food to the tables and explaining the dish correctly

according to any dietaries or allergies.

Ensuring that tables are checked on during their dining experience.
Maintaining the highest level of food presentation and quality.
Displaying enthusiasm and knowledge of the food and drinks menus.
Clearing tables and ensuring that appropriate cutlery is provided.
Communication with all team members to ensure customer satisfaction is exceeded.
Above all you will be a part of a fantastic hardworking team within a thriving environment with fast paced room for progression

Requirements for FOH Assistant:

Have solid experience working as a front of house team member in a quality-driven restaurant.
Share our passion for top quality food, drinks and service.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with our guests.
Be a team player.
Be big on attention to detail.

Hourly Rate: £13.38 per hour inclusive of service charge.
