Sales Assistant - Greens To Go

Start Date: Mid/End of June

Salary: £10.85 - £12.71 per hour (Rate depends on age and experience in line with National Minimum Wage guidelines)

Contract: Part time positions available

This role operates on a variable rota which includes regular weekend availability.

Greens Retail are part of the Glenshire Group, a Scottish family-owned conglomerate based in Fife. The Group operates in multiple sectors, including: Retail (Greens Retail), Hospitality, Property, Cleaning Hygiene and Business Supplies (Disruptive Brands), Pizza Hut Delivery, and Frozen Drinks (Skwishee).

The role:

A Sales Assistant position at our Greens To Go store primarily involves replenishing stock, ensuring exceptional store standards and, most importantly, delivering the best possible customer service. We're looking for outstanding colleagues that don't shy away from a challenge and will constantly go above and beyond to help run one of the best convenience stores in the country. Your typical day will involve the following:

Delivering excellent customer experience by serving in a professional, friendly manner.
Supporting the preparation of in-store bakery and hot food counters ensuring all products are prepared to high quality standards and available for peak trading times.
Maintaining exceptional store standards.
Creating a positive working environment.
Efficiently replenishing stock and completing other regular operational tasks.

The ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a candidate who is eager to join our team and possesses the following:

Previous experience in Food retail or food preparation is preferable
Positive Attitude and Collaborative Skills are essential for thriving in our team-based environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Willingness to work a variety of shifts, which can include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.

Beyond this, it is essential you demonstrate a commitment to delivery, a genuine passion for retail, and a strong attention to detail.
