We are looking for EIA professionals across all levels of experience to support our teams in Scotland based in either our Glasgow or Edinburgh offices. You’ll join support projects across a wide range of sectors, including energy, aviation, nuclear, rail, property and local government. We’re looking for a creative spirit, a dedicated approach and a strong grounding in environmental design, assessment and management across the development lifecycle.

Our Environmental Management and Assessment Team coordinates and manages environmental inputs throughout the full lifecycle of these projects.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll work alongside technical environmental specialists and multi‑disciplinary design teams to manage environmental inputs and improve environmental performance across a diverse range of projects.

What you’ll bring
You’ll be an enthusiastic and capable environmental professional who enjoys influencing and delivering complex projects. You’ll typically have:
- A relevant degree in environmental assessment or a related discipline
- Chartered Environmentalist status (or working towards it), with IEMA membership or equivalent
- Strong experience delivering and coordinating EIAs within multi‑disciplinary teams
- Good knowledge of UK environmental and planning legislation
- Demonstrable project management experience, including commercial and risk awareness
- Experience of work winning, bid preparation or proposals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- A positive, proactive attitude to health, safety and wellbeing
