Negotiating commercially sound agreements that benefit both the owner and the business
Acting as a brand ambassador in your region, representing Travel Chapter at meetings, events and industry functions
Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality owner journey
Working to and exceeding KPIs across appointments, property sign-ups and revenue generation
What we’re looking for
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly
A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proven experience in field-based sales, including managing your own diary and time effectively

A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong problem-solving ability
Good knowledge of the North Scotland region
Strong IT, numeracy and literacy skills
A full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
